MERRY CHRISTMAS/HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

OMG! I just got the second bestest book in the whole wide world (that is not manga)!! It's Fire by Kristin Cashore! She is such a great writer! Fire is the sequel to Graceling, the first bestest book in the world!!! I also got a whole bunch of money, which I should put in the bank. I am already halfway through it!!!! I also hope to get together with my friends sometime before school starts. (Oh, sorry for not posting as regularly as I wanted to! :)) I am watching 'Friends' right now, and it is so funny!!!
I also bought some manga today with my Christmas money. I bought Yotsuba&! volume 3,4, and 5. Those books are so funny! I hope everyone had a nice holiday season!!!

Saturday...

Today was so fun! I went to my friend's (belated) birthday party and we went to go see New Moon. It was awesome! My bestie 'Freckles' and I were cracking up laughing! And they showed the trailer for my favorite book turned into a movie: The Lovely Bones. I am so stoked, it comes out next Friday!!! Yay!!! 'Freckles' read the first chapter (I recommended the book to her), and hated it! (in case any of you haven't read the book, the first chapter is the main character's violent/graphic death) She is still a little pissed at me because I neglected to warn her about it. I just laugh at her! (I'm not that mean, I just find it funny...) I hop you all had a nice Thanksgiving (Slapsgiving for those of you that get it)! I sure did! Now I can't wait until Christmas!!! Yay!

Vaccinations

Today was so strange. I got the swine flu vaccination as an injection, and I got the seasonal flu shot as the nasal spray. Do NOT get the nasal spray!!! It was soo weird! After it shoots in both nostrils, it drips down your throat and tastes weird!
Anyway, how's everyone's Thanksgiving break going? I keep thinking it's Sunday for some reason. And yesterday at breakfast, I was like, "It feels like Sunday," when it actually WAS Sunday. *sigh* I hope everyone has a lovely Thanksgiving!!!!!

New (Belated) Post

Okay, sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've been pretty busy with school and stuff. Happy Veterans Day! Happy Belated Muffins Day! (that's every Wednesday) I hope everyone had an awesome day off! I spent my day off at the doctor's office(obviously not the highlight of my day), then we went out to lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe, and then had the best gelato (that's not in Italy). The gelato place was called Gelato Vero, and was so awesome! They have some really cool art on the insde. I've also gotten into (finally) watching crime shows. I've always been like, "what's the big deal? so they solve crime!" and now, after I've seen a Criminal Minds episode with Jackson Rathbone (Jasper Hale- Twilight), I'm like, "awesome!" (My favorite character is the one on the far left)

Introducing Junsui Project

I just found this website on the pink tentacle! It is a Japanese genetic enhancement called Nippon Shin Eisei (Japan New Health). The site can only be viewed once before an error message, so look closely. The site intro is centered around a genetically- altered girl named Junko. I'm not sure what they mean by 'genetically altered', but I'm going to dig deeper.

Is that wierd or what? I have no idea what it means, but...intriguing! The Nippon Shin Eisei company claims to allow customers the latest new gene enhancing technology to ensure the best possible future for their unborn children.
Hmmm...i wonder what it costs? (or maybe I don't even want to know)

My new best friend has decided to write a story of her own! I am so excited because she normally can't write a whole story, she can only write the first part but not the end. So along with my genius writing skills, I think she can do it!

Laziness

I feel like crap. The back of my head hurts, my nose is stuffy, and my throat is getting sore. I am pretty sure I'm catching a cold. I hope you all are well, and not any kind of sick. On the other hand, if i stay home from school, I can practice drawing anime. I recently got into it over the weekend. I kind of suck though. My friend Swoosh is really good! And so is her friend Vanessa, and her other friend Tyler, they rock!
